عبارة عن أداة حماية بيانات شاملة. لا يضمن التطبيق مضاد الفيروسات فقط بل أيضاً حماية ضد الهجمات العشوائية والشبكة. تمكين مكونات التطبيق أيضاً المستخدمين على حماية أجهزة الكمبيوتر الخاصة بهم من الخداع والتهديدات غير معروف وعلى لتقييد وصول المستخدمين إلى شبكة الإنترنت. ويغطي حماية متعددة الأوجه جميع قنوات نقل البيانات وتبادلها.
كاسبرسكاي إنترنت الأمن 2010 ويتألف المكون "التحكم التطبيق" الذي يكفل حماية مفهومة ضد أي أنواع من التهديدات في التعاون مع الدفاع الاستباقية وجدار حماية. وقد نفذت المكون إجراء تشغيل التطبيقات التابعة لجهات أخرى في بيئة ظاهرية آمنة دعا "التشغيل الآمن".
تم إضافة العنصر الجديد Anti-Virus IM كاسبرسكاي إنترنت الأمن 2010 مما يضمن التشغيل الآمن طلبات مختلف المراسلة الفورية. كما يتضمن المنتج URL فحص الوحدة النمطية التي تتحقق مما إذا كانت الارتباطات الموجودة على صفحة ويب تنتمي إلى قائمة المشبوهة وعناوين ويب لجهة مخادعة. تم بناء هذه الوحدة النموذجية في Microsoft Internet Explorer أو مستعرض Mozilla Firefox بوصفها مكون إضافي

Problem with system instability after long period of program operation has been fixed. Error causing BSOD while updating the emulator driver has been fixed. Pop-up message in the URL checking module has been fixed (for the Spanish version). Problem with pausing the scan task while third party programs are running in full-screen mode has been fixed. Problem with the update task freezing at system startup has been fixed. Vulnerability that allowed disabling of computer protection using an external script has been eliminated. Driver crash in rare cases while processing a write operation has been fixed. Crash while processing data incompliant with the protocol of Mail.Ru Agent has been fixed. MAIN KNOWN ISSUES
